The partial stretch inserts on the inside of the shoe relieve pressure and chafing points from the first time wearing, while two freely adjustable, wide straps over the instep and a heel strap with Velcro fasteners ensure a perfect fit and secure hold. The model is particularly suitable for individual size insoles, by simply changing the existing leather-covered interchangeable footbeds with their own orthopaedic size insoles.
